D'espairsRay fue un grupo de rock japonés, fundado el 9 de septiembre de 1999. Nunca ha cambiado su formación.
11 años despues de su formacion el grupo dio a conocer que estarian en pausa por el problema que tenia el vocalista en sus cuerdas vocales, y poco despues anunciaronsu separacion.
